Elizabeth J. Fuchs, MSW
House Representative for District 80 in Missouri, she is known to many as Lilly for the Lou. She is a St. Louisian and carries this passion for her community through her work at Jefferson City.
Best described as an advocate, an educator, and a healer.

Advocate.
Lilly is an advocate for social justice, with a career dedicated to advancing civil rights. She served as a lobbyist for PROMO, Missouri’s LGBTQ advocacy organization, and worked with the Metro Trans Umbrella Group and Planned Parenthood on reproductive justice. Fuchs was named a 2018 Champion of Equality for her continued advocacy in promoting fairness, opportunity, and well-being for all.
Educator.
Lilly is a dedicated educator, teaching Social Policy Analysis and Evaluation at the Brown School, where she shapes future leaders in social work and policy. In addition to her teaching role, she serves as a field advisor for the Master of Social Policy program and as SED field faculty for the Office of Field Education, guiding students in real-world applications of social policy.


Healer.
Lilly is a healer through her work as a community advocate, particularly with the Metro Trans Umbrella Group. Her advocacy for reproductive justice with Planned Parenthood further highlights her commitment to healing by addressing systemic issues affecting individuals' well-being. Lilly combines her background in social policy with a deep dedication to healing and supporting those in need, fostering fairness and opportunity for all.
